These Terms apply to use of qoervli.com and purchases from Qoervli, owned and operated by Wuhan Ningji Biotechnology Co., Ltd. They work together with the published payment, shipping, return and privacy policies, subject always to mandatory consumer rights.

Request a pre-fulfillment cancellation or change within 12 hours. Eligible change-of-mind return requests can be made within 30 calendar days of delivery. Choose an accessory suitable for the intended watch and follow the individual fitting and care instructions. Check that a strap is securely attached before wearing the watch.
