This page explains checkout currency, payment methods, payment handling and support for Qoervli orders. Only payment methods displayed at checkout are available for a particular transaction.
Currency and the order total
Our standard product pricing and shipping charge are stated in United States Dollars (USD). Review the currency and complete amount shown at checkout before paying. If a localized checkout presents another supported currency, the final checkout display identifies that transaction currency. Your bank or payment provider determines any currency conversion and related fees.
PayPal
If PayPal appears at checkout, you can select it and follow the payment steps shown by PayPal. Availability, account login, eligible cards and any guest checkout options are determined by PayPal for the transaction. Do not send payment to an address supplied in an unsolicited message.
Credit and debit cards
Eligible card methods appear on the checkout screen where supported. Enter billing details accurately and complete any verification required by your issuer. We do not promise that every card brand, bank or payment wallet is available in every destination.
Payment processing and security
Payments are submitted through Shopify’s checkout infrastructure and the payment services offered for your order. Your issuer or payment provider may carry out authorization and security checks. Customer support does not need your complete card number or card security code to investigate an order.
An unsuccessful or pending payment
Check billing details, available funds and any bank authentication request. If you see a pending authorization without an order confirmation, check with your payment provider and contact us before repeatedly submitting the purchase. A pending authorization and a completed charge are not always the same; your provider can explain its release timing.
Shipping, taxes and other charges
Standard shipping is USD 5.99 per order for supported destinations. Review the checkout total, including any taxes collected there. Import duties or destination charges may arise for international deliveries where they are not prepaid; Shipping Policy explains the distinction.
Refunds and payment questions
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method under Return & Refund Policy. We issue an approved refund within 10 business days, subject to any shorter mandatory legal deadline. Bank posting time can be additional. If more than 15 business days have elapsed after approval without the credit appearing, email service@qoervli.com with your order number.
